7-Day Fitness Challenge

 

Day 1: Full Body

25 minutes of non-stop combo strength moves to work out your entire body with light weights (2-5 lbs)

Day 2: HIIT 

High Intensity Interval Training combining cardio drills and strength drills for a quick full body, intense workout.

Day 3: Stretch

A stretch class that combines breathwork with dynamic and static stretching routines that target every major muscle group.

Day 4: Upper Body Sculpt

25 minutes of non-stop upper body strength moves to work your shoulders, arms, and back with light weights. (2-5lbs)

Day 5: Lower Body Sculpt

25 minutes of non-stop lower body strength moves to work your legs and glutes with light weights. (2-5lbs)

Day 6: Core

Strengthen, tone, and stretch your abdominals, obliques, and low back with a variety of exercises- not just crunches!

Day 7: Bodyweight Sculpt

A full body sculpting class designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone using just your body weight!
