Class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and align your body, through a fusion of dance, yoga and Pilates. You will glide and groove with fluid motion, on your mat, learning to isolate different muscle groups from the SOLES of the feet all the way up your body. Regular practice of this class will tone your muscles, train your posture and release tension from your body dissolving aches and pains all while continuously moving to a fun and powerful soundtrack.
