Why not nurture your own body and mind in order to prepare to nurture your little one? While practicing prenatal yoga you deepen your mind body connect ion and your connection to your growing child. You will join a community of other pregnant women to share your experiences and feel supported. Prenatal yoga helps prepare for both the birth experience and for entering into motherhood. The practice can facilitate optimum fetal position, increase circulation of blood and oxygen to your baby, and allows you to provide a healthy home for your growing child. Pregnancy and child birth are miraculous experiences that can only be enhanced by taking care of your body, mind, and spirit. Class will be taught by Yoga Alliance Hatha & Kundulini Certified instructor Heather. Class is open to first-time practitioners to advanced yogis.
