Class opens with a clearing and intention-setting meditation. Then work your way into some easy-to-follow invigorating and funky cardio dance moves. Learn grace and poise with beginning ballet exercises, then ease into strengthening and balancing with Yoga. Finish with a savasana and leave this class feeling refreshed and uplifted!
