Hoop Into Flow is a Hula Hoop Dance Fitness workshop, led by Serena of Waist Werq. Step into the Hoop and rediscover the joy of play. This hula hoop dance fitness workshop is a sensual, heart-pounding experience that awakens freedom, flow, and connection to the body. Designed for all ages, genders, abilities, and skill levels, the workshop blends movement, mindfulness, and fun into a full-body aerobic workout. You’ll start with a guided meditation and an energizing warm-up before learning hoop techniques adapted for beginners and experienced hoopers alike. Then we’ll flow through a guided routine, followed by time to explore, practice, and play. We’ll end by reflecting on the joy of trying new things and celebrating what our bodies can do. Join us for a Yoga Booty Ballet Decade Dance Party, led by Luisa in person at Heartbeat House! Move your body with this follow-along cardio event that combines dance, aerobics, yoga, and fun retro playlist. This Dance Party is 80s/90s-themed, so feel free to dress up in your best leg warmers and neon colors. If you’re a fan of Luisa’s Yoga Booty Ballet class, then you’ll love this extended, themed version. Everybody is welcome, whether you have prior dance experience or not.
