How do I sign up for classes?
Are there class packages and memberships available?

We offer a wide range of affordable packages and membership options — from drop-in rates to unlimited packages — so you can move with the Heartbeat House community all the time! Each membership level also offers its own perks. Check out our pricing & membership page for more info.
Can I take a class online?

Where are you located? How do I get to the studio?

We’re located in the Atwater Crossing (ATX) complex at 3191 Casitas Avenue, in suite #112. From Parking Lot P2, you can walk up the ramp into the building, walk down the hall, and then make a right through the double doors into our courtyard oasis. More details here.
Do you have free parking?
Is the studio ADA accessible?

ATX (Atwater Crossing), the larger building complex where Heartbeat House is located, is ADA-compliant. There are four designated disabled person parking spots in Parking Lot 2, a wide ramp to access the building from P2, and accessible restrooms with braille signs in the main building. These restrooms are not gender neutral.

The Heartbeat House studio space is also ADA-compliant. The bathroom within the studio is gender neutral, but does not have braille-signage.
Should I bring my own equipment?
How can I use the free guest pass included in my membership?

Any of our unlimited memberships offer one free guest pass each month. All you have to do is email us your guest’s name and email (if they have one), or provide that information at the front desk before the class begins. You do not have to sign them up for the class, we do that on our end using the information you provide to create them an account with a free guest pass.
What other amenities do you offer?

Cubbies are available to store your things, and we have a small lounge area for relaxing before and after class. We also have air conditioning!

There’s water and ice available, and coffee and tea are offered in our lounge by donation. Please consider donating via Venmo when enjoying them.
Is the studio available for private rentals?

Studio Policies

Purchases

All sales are final.

Pre-registration is required online via Union for all classes. We are not currently accepting cash payments. All payments should be made via Union prior to the start time of the class you are attending.

Memberships and Class Packages cannot be shared.

Each client must have their own Union Fit account and their own class credits in order to register for and join classes at Heartbeat House.

Clients must register for class before class start time. Clients will not be guaranteed a space in class without registering ahead of time.

Late & Cancellation Policy

Registration is required for all classes and events at Heartbeat House.

Clients must be signed up for a class in order to be notified about any cancelations or schedule changes related to that class.

Our website and Instagram will always reflect the most up-to-date class information.

Clients have until 10 minutes before class time to cancel in order for class credit to be returned to their account.

In the case of a sold-out class, clients more than 10 minutes late relinquish their spot in class to a client on the waitlist without a refund.
