Featuring a pop and r&b-centric playlist, this class is designed to get you sweating, grounded and feeling good in your body. Intro to Ballet

This introductory level ballet class is perfect for first-time dancers or those looking to get back into ballet. No experience required! Learn the classical ballet positions, and go through some terminology as well as the steps that go with it. We will also be incorporating some conditioning and strengthening of the muscles most often used in ballet. Register here.

Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

A beginner/intermediate level Ballet class with creative Contemporary influences. This is an inclusive space for developing musicality, range of motion, and coordination. This class is open to and ideal for adults and teens who have some prior dance experience. If you are brand new to ballet, we recommend checking out the Intro Level Ballet class first! Betty’s contemporary ballet class combines intermediate ballet technique with the freedom of contemporary movement qualities. Dress comfortably for movement- Leotards and tights not required.
