Easing into it…

  • Yoga Foundations w/ Nitya – Fridays at 10:30am
  • Beginner Contemporary Ballet w/ Betty – Mondays at 7:30pm
  • Beginner Contemporary Flow w/ Betty – Mondays at 8:30pm
  • Party With Your Body w/ Genevieve – Thursdays at 6:15pm
  • Yoga Booty Ballet – Thursdays at 12:30pm w/ Luisa & Sundays at 4:00pm w/ Annie

  • We recommend a combination of at least 2 cardio, 2 strength, and 2 stretch focused classes each week
  • Cardio Focused: HIIT and Cardio Dance classes
  • Strength Focused: Sculpt, Pilates, and Barre classes
  • Stretch & Release: Yoga and Stretch classes
