Luisa Frias

Dance Cardio / Yoga Instructor

Luisa Frias Heartbeat House

Luisa is a Human Movement Specialist, Reiki Practitioner and certified yoga, Pilates and group fitness instructor. She grew up dancing in a family of dancers / performers and has loved movement ever since. She began teaching traditional dance classes professionally at the age of 18. She discovered the joy of cardio dance when she moved to LA in 2008 after a brief hiatus from teaching to pursue a career in graphic design. During this time she struggled greatly with chronic pain in her body, specifically her spine. She gave up the desk life and dove deeper into movement and healing collecting teacher trainings and certifications along the way while simultaneously healing herself using what she was learning. Today, she is proud to bring you a unique, loving and intentional experience when you attend her classes. All of Luisa’s classes are designed to leave you feeling happy, healthy and more relaxed. She has been a beloved instructor for Heartbeat House since 2012 and a movement instructor for over 20 years.

Flow & Restore Yoga

Join us for a yoga class designed to both awaken and soothe the body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in the wisdom of the 8 limbs of yoga, this all-levels practice invites you to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and connect deeply to your inner self. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and guided meditation to center the mind and calm the nervous system. From there, we’ll flow through dynamic sequences of postures that build strength, flexibility, and presence. As we transition toward the end of class, you’ll be guided into gentle, restorative poses that allow your body to fully relax and integrate the practice.
This class supports healing across all five bodies—physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual—leaving you feeling balanced, renewed, and connected. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’re welcome here.
