Sarah’s Classes

Kids Creative Movement & Imaginative Play (ages 4-8)

Spark your imagination and learn to express yourself through movement! In this creative movement class, children will begin with gentle stretches and warm-ups, before moving into activities that teach the fundamentals of movement, rhythm, and storytelling. We’ll do themed adventures, pretend-play, introductory improv exercises, and rhythmic movement — all helping to build children’s confidence, empathy, and creativity.
